LOCALITY: Santa Fosca (1000 m above see level) - small mountain resort in the heart of Dolomites with beautifull views of surrounding mountain massifes
ACCOMMODATION: - recently renovated 3-floor hotel (with lift) in touristic standard laid in calm neighbourhood with beautiful views on mountain. Distant from bottom station is 900 m (skibus for hotel guests). The whole ground floor is designed for rest and joint time spending: table tennis, table football, bar, TV SAT.
Rooms: simply but cosy rooms for 1,2,3 people with private bathrooms.
Board: Italian and European cuisine, buffet breakfast, 3-course dinner with salad buffet.
IN OUR OPINION - Great localisation of the hotel and a spacious lounge part supplant simply décor of the rooms. Atractive price!

Description: The biggest ski area in Veneto region lay in heart of Dolomites region, took over the name from a powerful massif Monte Civetta (3220 the m n.p.m.). Civetta means in Italian an owl and therefore this bird is the symbol of whole valley. Lies one of the most beautiful and the most impressive parts of Dolomites, not far from Marmalade and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Offers with exquisite views of dolomitic tops, beening one of the best in Europe (on UNESCO list since 2009!). Numerous bars and treeless, covered by natural and artificial snow slopes wait first of all for families and intermediate skiers, when ambitious skiers can have fun on slopes Monte Fertazza. 5 km long lighted up slopes in Palafavera are the best know and appreciate in Europe. The Route of Great War is another big ski attraction - it is traced from Alleghe to Malga Ciapela through pass Falzarego.
